At DTLR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and shoe boxes are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please keep your tracking number for reference until the return is fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
